Rentals

The Bulloch County Agricultural Complex is a multi-purpose facility that is available for rent for livestock shows, concerts, etc. Below, you will find links to fees, rules & regulations, and general information. ARENAS:

Arena rental is based on a 16-hour day (7:00 A.M to 11:00 P.M.).  Events lasting longer than 16 hours are subject to additional fees.  Arena rental includes lights, use of cattle/livestock pens, and roping equipment.  Arena rental includes 4 tractor drags and watering per day per arena(s) rented; this applies only to a full day rental.  Additional tractor drags and watering for a full day rental of arena(s) are subject to an additional fee.  Tractor drags and watering on non-event (practice) days are at Management’s discretion unless other terms are negotiated.  Events charging admission are charged for both arenas regardless of the number of arenas used.

STALLS & SHAVINGS:

Licensee is only charged for actual number of stalls used.  Licensee is responsible for booking and assigning stalls; Licensee will be provided a stall chart and keys to unlock stalls.  Licensee is also responsible for cleanup of any stalls that turnover during event.  Bulloch County Agricultural Complex will be responsible for the setup and cleanup of stalls before and after the event.

Licensee/participants may bring their own shavings for their own livestock; participants/Licensee may not sell any outside shavings at Bulloch County Agricultural Complex.  Shavings can be purchased directly from Bulloch County Agricultural Complex by individual participants; said purchases must be paid by cash, money order, or credit card (NO PERSONAL CHECKS – NO EXCEPTIONS).  Licensee has the option to pay for all shavings used by its participants during an event.

CAMPER/RV HOOKUP:

Camper/RV Hookups can be purchased directly from Bulloch County Agricultural Complex or the Licensee may pay for all the Camper/RV Hookups used by its participants during an event.  Camper/RV Hookups purchased directly from Bulloch County Agricultural Complex by individual participants must be paid by cash, money order, or credit card (NO PERSONAL CHECKS – NO EXCEPTIONS).
